WHO WE ARE

TDM is a social impact company that transitions the unemployed to self-employed in our townships. We prioritize our township business to build a circular economy through work placement opportunities and upskilling the beneficiaries to become Field Sales Agents and Entrepreneurs.

WHAT WE DO

TDM enables and builds self-employment opportunities for our township people. We provide on the job- training, in-field coaching, and upskilling to future township entrepreneurs. We utilize technology as an online- learning platform.
